Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at vann@brownox.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at vann@brownox.com and we’ll make it right.

Returns

In most cases, you do not need to return the product to receive a refund. If we do ask you to send an item back, we’ll give you instructions before you ship it.
